About Page Copy: About Dave Kaderavek Dave Kaderavek has been a fixture on the Ohio workers’ compensation scene for more than 25 years. Getting his start at Gates McDonald & Co. in 1978, he quickly advanced through the ranks and was promoted to District Manger for Toledo in 1980. In 1984, Kaderavek co-founded LCS Loss Control Systems. By providing superior client service and delivering significant results, LCS’ client base grew rapidly to more than 300 self-insured and state fund workers’ compensation clients. In 1999, LCS merged with Sheakly UniService, and Kaderavek became regional manager for the company’s Toledo office. Kaderavek left Sheakly UniService in 2007 to found Kaderavek L P, a personalized loss prevention business serving select clients in Northwest Ohio. By maintaining a limited client base, Kaderavek L P is structured to assure an exceptional level of consistent service provided exclusively by Dave Kaderavek.
